RollupSheets Tax Application
Aveng (Africa) Ltd previously known as Grinaker LTA Limited implemented RollupSheets for Year-end statutory reporting, monthly reporting and budgeting in November 2005. Since then the system has evolved to include tax information required for SARS reporting purposes.
Tax information was historically collected and collated by manually copying detailed tax information from approximately 250 separate tax packs into the legal entity pack. This process was extremely time consuming and prone to errors.
Using RollupSheets, tax information is now seamlessly collected and collated into consolidated tax packs for the various legal entities within the group. RollupSheets allows instant access to information across multiple reporting divisions and years, keeping original data intact and leaving desired audit trails for potential future query responses.
This letter serves as testimony that the Infinitus Reporting Team has been instrumental in ensuring that we continue to obtain the maximum benefit from the RollupSheets system.
